Às vezes meu pai lia as orações e minha mãe, e ela as decorava, e às vezes ela ouvia outras orações de outras pessoas e as memorizava. ela tinha uma grande coleção de orações. Agora me arrependo de não tê-las e poder contribuir com vocês. Aqui esta algumas:

Oração 1: Uma oração por força e orientação

Oh, Pai Celestial, conceda-me forças para enfrentar as provações que estão por vir. Nos momentos de dúvida e confusão, que Tua luz divina ilumine meu caminho, guiando-me em direção à retidão e à verdade. Ajude-me a permanecer firme na fé, sabendo que seu amor e graça nunca me abandonarão. Conceda-me a sabedoria para discernir o bem do mal e a coragem para escolher o caminho da retidão, mesmo diante da adversidade.

Oração 2: Uma oração por cura e restauração

Deus gracioso, humildemente venho diante de Ti buscando seu toque divino. Abrace-me com seu poder de cura, tanto no corpo quanto na alma. Senhor, que o teu bálsamo calmante cure as feridas das doenças, confortando os que sofrem. Que Tua presença amorosa traga conforto aos cansados ​​e restaure a esperança aos corações desolados. Eu confio em Sua infinita compaixão e acredito que através de Sua intervenção divina, a restauração e a renovação prevalecerão.

Minha mãe tem muitos testemunhos pessoais, vou compartilhar dois ou três por enquanto. Ela também tinha fé nos santos, porque ela fazia parte da religião Católica.

Mãe, obrigado por nutrir e cuidar desinteressadamente de seus filhos, sempre colocando nossas necessidades antes das suas. Seu amor e seus sacrifícios não passam despercebidos. Ela oferece conforto, orientação e apoio, moldando a vida de seus filhos com ternura e compaixão. Seu compromisso inabalável com o nosso bem-estar é uma prova de sua força e amor incondicional. Obrigado por ser uma mãe extraordinária, por seus sacrifícios e por tudo que você fez.

Testemunho da mãe “No final do verão de 1966”

Tive uma filha que tinha apenas dez meses quando contraiu uma doença rara que a deixava com os olhos abertos o tempo todo. Ela ficou assim por um mês; ela chorava dia e noite e não comia. Então, quando meu marido e eu a levamos ao médico, eles me disseram, que apenas uma em cada cem crianças poderia ser curada. Porém, Nesmo se ela fizesse cirurgia não ia fiacr bem. médico disse que seria melhor que Deus a leva-se. Pelo caminho para casa, meu coração estava partido de dor, sem saber o que fazer. Em casa, fui para o meu quarto, onde desatei a chorar, implorando e pedindo a Deus e à Senhora da Graças que curasse minha filha. Concordei que se Nossa Senhora da Graça a curasse, eu lhe daria meu colar de ouro, um ato de fé. Após um curto período de tempo, minha filha começou a fechar os olhos pela metade, e sua saúde foi restaurada. Então ofereci a ela meu colar de ouro pela minha fé, e hoje ela é uma grande mulher com a Graça de Deus. Um ano e meio depois a mesma filha entrou em coma por uma semana, porque o médico deu uma vacina estragada.

Testemunho da mãe em 1968

A primeira vez que iam me operar, era uma operação muito complexa para um tumor maligno na garganta. Eu tinha duas meninas; Achei que ia morrer, então peguei minhas duas filhas e fui passear no parque aonde eu vivia, Amadora. Eu estava chorando e rezando. Eu pedia à Virgem da Graça e a Deus que me ajudasse a melhorar, porque tinha duas meninas que precisavam de mim. Do nada, uma Senhora de idade apareceu na minha frente com uma cesta na mão e me perguntou se eu queria comprar tremoços, pevides, ou sementes. Eu disse a ela que não tinha dinheiro. Então ela disse: “Vou lhe contar o que vejo. Ouça, vou pedir ao Senhor para ajudá-la, e Deus a ajudará. Não tenha medo da sua cirurgia, porque a presença de Deus vai estar contigo. De um momento para o outro ela desapareceu. Eu pensei que era um milagre. Então fui para casa confiando que tudo ficaria bem. Sim! A cirurgia foi um sucesso. ” Depois disso, a minha Mãe não teve nenhum problema de garganta.”

Testemunho da mãe “Este milagro foi quando ela estava a viver na Ilha da Madeira”

Eu vim dos médicos uma vez mais, quando estava muito doente e pedi ao Senhor e a Nossa Senhora da Graça para me ajudar a melhorar. No caminho passei por uma igreja, e de um momento para o outro senti vontade de entrar; meu espírito me disse para voltar. Entrei na igreja, e o padre estava dizendo missa. Tinha um pregador, e ele parou no meio do que estava falando, e disse em voz alta: “ei, tem alguém aqui que está sendo curado. Essa pessoa não ouve com o ouvido direito e agora está a ser curada”. Então comecei a ouvir um barulho no meu ouvido, e ele disse: “Se houver alguém aqui que foi curado hoje, por favor, volte e nos conte”. Quando cheguei em casa falei para minha família abaixar o volume da TV, porque estava muito alto, e eles ficaram surpresos porque o volume estava normal, não estava alto. Espantado, meu marido disse que a TV estava no mesmo nível normal. Normalmente eu pedia para aumentá-lo. Afinal, percebi que estava ouvindo novamente pelo ouvido direito. Deus respondeu a minha oração. No dia seguinte voltei à igreja e contei meu milagre na missa. Eu tinha ido ao médico e ele não pode explicar, porque eu estava bem agora. O médico não acreditou. Esse testemunho foi incrível.

Oração 6: Oração de Santo Antonio

Santo Antonio, se vestiu e se calçou e na sua casaquinha pegou, e seu caminho seguio. E Deus o encontrou e lhe perguntou, Santo Antonio- Santo Antonio para ondes vais? Deus vou par o Ceu. E Deus lhe respondeu para o seu nao iras na terra ficaras, e todas as missa as ouviras e todas as coisas se perder todas as encontraras. Amem! *9 vezes, no fim um Pai-nosso

Oração 7: Oração para talhar o sol “dor de cabeça- enxaqueca”

Esta oração se usava nos tempos antigos que as pessoas andam a trabalhar nos campos por muito tempo ao sol. Quando se tem aquela grande dor de cabeça por um copo meio cheio de água fria-não é cheio. Colocar um pano dobrado em nove partes e depois cobre o copo, depois coloca na cabeça da pessoa. Se a pessoa apanhou muito sol, a água vai ferver dentro do cop.

Santa Iria pelo mundo andou, Nosso Senhor a encontrou, e lhe perguntou aonde vais, Iria? Eu vou curar Sol e calmaria. Vou benzer-rezar pela “irma ou irmao” de sol e calmaria. Deus lhe responde, volta atrás Iria, que você vai curar esse mal. Pelo nascer do dia, e um copo de agua fria, em louvor de Deus. Amem! *9 vezes, no fim um Pai-nosso

Oração 8: Oração para talhar mordidas de insetos do bicho

Está faca de aço com soante corta o pão assim corta o bicho de toda a nação, pássaro passarão, cobra cobrão, lagarto lagartão, gepela Japelão e bicho de toda a nação.

*9 vezes, no final pai-nosso *a faca tem que apontar para a pessoa *perto da área que tem as picadas do bicho (diga o nome da quilo que mordeu) *para cada oração corta a vara de madeira

Oração 9: Oração para o mal de inveja

“Nome da Pessoa” Deus te fez, Deus te criou, Deus te desligue de  quem te ligou,  Deus te desaperte de quem te apertou. Deus te desinveje de todos aqueles que te inveja. Amem!! *9 vezes, no fim um Pai-nosso

Oração 10: Oração Contra a Queda

O Senhor Jesus Cristo assim disse: venham a mim as criancinha; porque delas é o reino do céu.  Eis porque,  Senhor, eu peço a vossa proteção para todas as crianças que  se encontram sob este teto e que nada lhes aconteça durante o correr do dia que agora se inicia. Em nome do Pai, do Filho, do Espírito Santo, Amém.

In honor of my mother’s unwavering faith and her request to share her prayers with others, I present to you a collection of her few sacred petitions. These heartfelt words hold the power to inspire and touch countless lives, carrying forward her devotion and the beauty of her spiritual journey. Sometimes my father read the prayers and my mother memorized them, and sometimes she heard other people’s prayers and memorized them. she had a large collection of prayers. Now I regret not having them and being able to contribute with you. Here are few:

Prayer 1: A Prayer for Strength and Guidance

Oh, Heavenly Father, grant me the strength to face the trials that lie before me. In moments of doubt and confusion, may Your divine light illuminate my path, guiding me towards righteousness and truth. Help me remain steadfast in faith, knowing that Your love and grace shall never forsake me. Grant me the wisdom to discern right from wrong and the courage to choose the path of righteousness, even in the face of adversity.

Prayer 2: A Prayer for Healing and Restoration

Merciful God, I humbly come before You seeking your divine touch. Embrace me with your healing power, both in body and soul. Lord, let Your soothing balm mend the wounds of sickness, offering comfort to those who suffer. May Your loving presence bring solace to the weary and restore hope to the desolate hearts. I trust in Your infinite compassion and believe that through Your divine intervention, restoration and renewal shall prevail.

Prayer 3: A Prayer for Peace and Unity

Oh, Lord of Peace, we beseech You to heal the divisions that plague our world. Let Your love flow through our hearts, fostering unity and understanding among all nations and peoples. May Your divine peace quell the fires of hatred and bring harmony to every corner of the earth. Prayer 4: A Prayer for the Vulnerable and Oppressed

Compassionate Savior, look upon those who suffer under the weight of oppression and injustice. Extend Your loving arms to shield the vulnerable, providing them with safety and deliverance. Grant them strength to endure their hardships and ignite within us the fervor to be their voice, advocating for justice and equality. Heavenly Father, I bow before You in humble adoration, overflowing with gratitude for the blessings You have bestowed upon me. Thank You for the gift of life, for the love of family and friends, for the beauty of nature, and for the countless miracles that surround me every day. May my heart forever sing songs of thanksgiving, glorifying Your name and sharing Your goodness with others. Help me live a life of gratitude, honoring the abundance of Your grace.

My mother has many personal testimonies, I’ll share two or three for now. She had faith in the saints too, because she was part of the Catholic religion.

Mother, thank you for selflessly nurturing and caring for your children, always putting our needs before your own. Your love and your sacrifices do not go unnoticed. You provide comfort, guidance, and support, shaping your children’s lives with tenderness and compassion. Your unwavering commitment to our well-being is a testament to your strength and unconditional love. Thank you for being an extraordinary mother, for your sacrifices, and for all that you did.

Mom Testimony “Late summer of 1966”

I had a daughter who was only ten months old when she got an uncommon disease that left her with her eyes open all the time. She was like that for a month; she would cry day and night and not eat. So when my husband and I took her to the doctor, they told me, only one in one hundred people could be cured. However, if she didn’t do the surgery, she would be deficient. They said it would be better for God to take her way. On the way home, my heart was broken in sorrow, not knowing what to do. At home, I went to my room, where I broke down in tears, pleading and asking God and the Lady of Grace to cure my daughter. I agreed that if our Lady of Grace would cure her, I would give her my gold necklace, an action faith. After a short time, my daughter started to close her eyes half way, and after a short time, she got restore to health. So I offered her my gold necklace of faith, and today she is a great woman with the Grace of God. A year and half later the same daughter got in common for a week because the doctor bad practices by giving a spoiled vaccine.

Mom Testimony “Lisbon around 1968”

The first time I was going to be operated on, it was a very complex surgery on a malign throat tumor. I had two little girls; I thought I was going to die, so I took both of my little girls and went to the park for a walk. I was crying and praying. I was asking for our Lady of Grace and God to help me get better, because I had two little girls that needed me. Out of nowhere, this old lady appeared in front of me with a basket in her hand, and asked if I wanted to buy some tremoços, pevides, lupines, or seeds. I told her I didn’t have any money. So she said, “I’m going to tell you what I see. Listen, I’m going to ask the Lord to help you, and God will. Don’t be afraid of your surgery, because God presence is there.” From one moment to another she disappeared. I thought it was a miracle. So I went home trusting all would be ok. Yes! The surgery was a success. After that she didn’t have no throat dilemmas.” 

Testimony from the mother “This miracle happened when she was living on Madeira Island”

I was coming from the doctors once when I was really sick, and I was asking the Lord and our Lady of Grace to help me get better. On the way I passed a church, and from one moment to another I felt the urge to go back; my spirit was saying to go back. I entered the church, and the priest was saying the Mass. There was a preacher, and he stopped in the middle of what he was saying, and he loudly said, “attention, there is someone here that is being cured. That person didn’t hear from there right ear, and now has been cured.” Then I started to hear this noise in my ear, and he said, “If there is anyone here that was cured today, come back and tell us.” When I got home I told my family to turn the TV down, because it was too loud, and they looked at each other, surprised because the volume was normal, it wasn’t loud. Astonished, my husband said the TV was at the same normal level. Usually I requested to increase it. I realized after all that I was hearing from my right ear again. God did attend to my prayer. The next day I went back to church and told of my miracle at mass. I had gone to the doctors, and they didn’t give me an explanation for why I was fine now. The doctor couldn’t believe it. That witness was unbelievable.

Prayer 6: Prayer of Saint Anthony

Saint Anthony, got dressed, put on his shoes and took his jacket, and he continued on his way. And God found him and asked him, Saint Anthony- Saint Anthoby where are you going?

God I’m going to Heaven.  And God answered him for his nation you will go on earth you will remain, and all the masses you will hear and all things if you lose all you will find. Amen!

Prayer 7: Prayer to carve the sun “for headaches”

This prayer was used in ancient times when people went to work in the fields for a long time in the sun. when you get that big headache from a glass half full of cold water-it’s not full. put a cloth folded in nine parts and then covers the cup, then places it on the person’s head. If the person got too much sun, the water will boil inside the glass.

Prayer 10: Prayer Against Fall  

Lord Jesus Christ said: Little Children come to me, because theirs is the kingdom of heaven. This is why, Lord, I ask for your protection for all the children who are under this roof and that nothing happen to them. During the course of the day that now begins. In the name of the Father, of the Son, of Holy Spirit, Amen.
